MohlakoanaDumak is a funeral service company established by two “young” black shareholders, Palesa Sikakane and Nompumelelo Dube. Palesa Sikakane had worked for a funeral undertaker for quite a long time and then left to work for a Insurance company as Financial Advisor then pursued a carrier as a fleet manager but her desire was always to own one of the best funeral services company because of the passion she had in making sure people burry their loved ones in a very respectful and dignified manner.
She then decided to resign and pursue her dream of being in Funeral Services business with Nompumelelo Dube who shared a same dream, both being determined to make it as young black entrepreneurs shared the idea. The two directors never had it easy but through all odds MohlakoanaDumak came into existence with Palesa Sikakane being CEO and Nompumelo Dube as COO.
